At Hacienda Olontigi, we are committed to biodiversity conservation and local development in Aznalcázar, within the Doñana Natural Area. We are a rural accommodation specializing in ecotourism, placing great importance on promoting the local area and fostering a direct connection between your stay and the protected space.
1. Connection to Doñana
We are an accredited information point for the Doñana Natural Area and offer our guests extensive information about the enclave, including our own materials, maps, publications, and a bird checklist. We also offer packages and partnerships with organized visits to nature reserves, activity providers, and other authorized businesses operating within the protected area.
2. Reduced Environmental Impact
We monitor our water and electricity consumption, encourage guests to participate in conservation efforts, and have progressively replaced all lighting with LEDs. We also use eco-friendly cleaning products, larger dispensers to minimize waste, solar energy for hot water in one of the houses, and recycling bins for waste separation.
3. Environmental Conservation
In the garden, we have planted local species and identified the flora to introduce visitors to the area's biodiversity. We also work on initiatives to interpret and care for the space, such as providing materials about local flora and fauna, displaying photographs of the Doñana National Park in the rooms, and implementing environmental education programs.
4. Local Development
We collaborate with local associations, especially the Puerta de Doñana Ecotourism Business Association and the Aznalcázar Business Association. We also promote local activities, heritage, and events, produce informational materials about the history of the establishment and its connection to Doñana, and foster economic impact in the area through local employment and collaboration.

Hacienda Olontigi features 15 rooms distributed across a complex of 5 houses, all offering the necessary privacy and amenities. These houses are arranged around a landscaped courtyard where the parking area and outdoor pool are located.
Double rooms with twin beds or a double bed (upon request and subject to availability), some rooms with a private terrace, others with a balcony overlooking the central courtyard, all with natural light. Available for single occupancy.
We also offer a room for guests with limited mobility, featuring an accessible bathroom and adapted spaces.
If there are more than two people, you can book one of our triple rooms with three single beds.
The Country Houses, accommodating 2 to 7 guests, also feature a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.
