Among the mountains of the Natural Park of Redes, in a corner of the Asturian paradise, you will find this destination for your rural vacations: La Xamoca ATR. Four apartments for independent use located in the charming village of Campiellos: the perfect place to enjoy, surrounded by nature, the tranquility and relaxation you deserve.
The rural apartments of the Xamoca preserve the architectural of the original building; wood and stone take center stage in a construction respectful of the environment that welcomes it. The interiors of each apartment have their own personality, being cozy and comfortable. On the first floor, the protagonist is undoubtedly the fireplace located in the living room; on the second floor, the terrace-balcony overlooking the valley floor and the mountains, invite us to enjoy.
The Xamoca is an emblematic peak of the Natural Park of Redes, whose ascent begins next to our apartments. Each one reminds us with its name a place on the way.
Hiking, mountaineering, cycling or the well-deserved rest are easily achievable if you stay in the Natural Park of Redes. Fauna and flora are especially rich.

Addendum and cancellation policy:
When making the reservation 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be paid, through bank transfer or Bizum. The rest will be paid during the stay, by bank transfer, Bizum or cash.
If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, the full amount will be refunded. If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, you will be charged 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is from 5:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 noon. Due to the requirements of thorough cleaning and ventilation we kindly ask you to respect the check-out time.
Payments:
If you wish to avoid unnecessary contacts we facilitate the payment of your stay before arrival at the establishment or up to 2 days before your departure by bank transfer or Bizum. We also inform you that we will send you the invoice by telematic means.

Check in:
We will receive you outside the apartments. In the confirmation of your reservation we will ask you for all the necessary information to make a pre check-in and avoid contact time. We remind you that we will need ID card information for all guests over 16 years old. Documents will be checked upon arrival.

We have developed new cleaning protocols, including new cleaning products authorized by the Ministry of Health.
Our staff will maintain these protocols to avoid cross contamination.
We strive to ensure that our disinfection and hygiene protocols have all the safety guarantees.
We inform you about the extraordinary measures in our cleaning protocol:
- In order to facilitate your safety, each apartment has hydroalcoholic solution. In addition, in the first aid kit you will find two masks and gloves. The first aid kit will be sealed. The bathroom wastebasket has a pedal-operated lid opening so that you can deposit your gloves and masks avoiding contact with other elements of the establishment.
- Our specific cleaning and disinfection protocol for cleaning the establishments after the departure of guests and before the arrival of the next guest includes special attention to frequent contact items such as TV controls, door knobs, light keys.
- We pay special attention to the kitchen and appliances. The kitchenware and cutlery will be washed and disinfected upon departure of each guest.
