PUNTALLANA
Casa Lina is located in El Granel, in Puntallana. It has a double bed room and a bedroom with twin beds where an ancient cupboard has many hats of straw. The kitchen is very nice and at the time very practical. The house saves typical elements of rural houses of La Palma like a box of torch which is used to store products or as a large chest. The kitchen has a cupboard for saving dishes. The sitting room is very simple without many objects and shows a comfortable and quiet atmosfhere. Outsides a stone wall is the end of the garden and it is used like chair for enjoy the environment.
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 20% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
