Realmente la casa está bien lo que le faltan muchos arreglos aunque sea turismo rural. Los grifos gotean todo el rato, las ventanas no abre ninguna a excepción del baño(que choca con el termo) y el cuarto pequeño. La puerta de la entrada le cuesta abrir muchísimo con llave, se le caen tornillos del pomo y te quedas con el tirador en la mano desde dentro sacando incluso el cuadradillo al intentar abrir. Tirador de los armarios en mal estado y alguno roto, lampara de cama pegada con velcro que se cae, también están muy rotos los tiradores de las habitaciones y demás. Valoro mucho la estancia ya que lo único que buscaba era dormir y la dueña de la casa fue muy amable pero deberían mejorar estás cosas de cara a futuros visitantes.

FUENCALIENTE
Casa Maximina is located 4.3 kilometres from the main village of Fuencaliente, in Las Caletas, about 10 minutes by car from the nearest beaches. If you are keen on hiking, diving, paragliding, or observing the night sky, Fuencaliente makes a good place to stay.
The considerable use of wood, especially in the ceilings, which, together with the natural light from the numerous windows in all living areas, make Casa Maximina very comfortable and homely. It has a kitchen-dining room with a studio couch, a bathroom with shower, one single bedroom and a double bedroom which opens out onto a spacious terrace. The terrace is fully equipped with sun-beds, table, chairs, parasol etc, so guests can enjoy relaxing moments watching the sun come up every morning. From the house on clear days, there are superb views over the sea on La Palma?s southeast coast towards the islands of Tenerife, La Gomera and El Hierro.
This house has a covered barbecue and its own parking area.
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 20% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
