Recomendaría a los propietarios que mejoren la hermeticidad de las puertas y ventanas. Entra tanto aire por las rendijas que la inversión en mejorar eso se amortizaría muy rápido. Mejoraría la eficiencia y el confort (hemos pasado algo de frio por la noche)

Welcome to the paradise of Alojamiento Rural Molino Rio Alájar, a group of six stone houses located in a quiet valley very close to the beautiful village of Alájar, considered one of the jewels of the Natural Park Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche, the largest in Andalusia.
This corner of southern Spain is ideal for hikers, birdwatchers, horseback riding, enjoy the traditions and cuisine of the region or to lie in the sun and relax enjoying the natural environment, in short for lovers of nature and tranquility.
Booking conditions
Minimum stay 2 nights.
3-4 nights minimum in long weekends, Easter, Christmas ?
Minimum stay 3 nights from July 6th to August 31st.
Arrival time 16 to 19. Departure time 10 am (if new clients arrive).
Departure time is free if no new clients arrive.
Deposit and Cancellations.
We ask for a deposit of 25% of the total amount at the time of booking. In case of cancellation of your reservation, this amount will not be refunded.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover expenses in case of cancellations.
In case of cancellation
The deposit of 25% of the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded.
The rest (75%) must be paid one month prior to arrival at our accommodation.
If the reservation is cancelled during the week following the total payment, 75% will be refunded.
In case of cancellation between 3 and 2 weeks before arrival, 50% will be refunded.
In case of cancellation between 2 weeks and 8 days prior to arrival, 25% will be refunded.
Less than 8 days before arrival, no refund.
