At Casa Neólida, we are committed to biodiversity conservation and local development on the island of La Palma, in the Puntallana area. Our house promotes a stay that respects the environment, traditional architecture, and local culture, integrating the tourist experience with the preservation of the area's natural and heritage values.
1. Architecture and Heritage
We preserve heritage values ??and maintain the traditional architectural style of the house, respecting the building's unique character.
This decision contributes to preserving the character of the cultural landscape and reinforces the authenticity of the experience in the rural setting.
2. Flora and Natural Environment
We preserve and care for the native flora around the house, promoting local biodiversity and integrating the house into its surroundings.
Furthermore, the surrounding area offers a unique blend of lush nature and local culture, with hiking in the Cubo de La Galga forest, the black sand beach of Nogales, and visits to the local market and the Church of San Juan Bautista.
3. Local Development and Community
We support the local community by consuming locally sourced products and hiring local services, ensuring that tourism has a positive impact on the local economy.
We also respect the cultural heritage and traditions of the municipality, contributing to sustainable development and the promotion of Puntallana's identity.
