FUENCALIENTE
Casa Rincón de Mercedes is located at 4km southeast of the village centre Los Canarios- with a flat horizon, in the area of Las Caletas, in Fuencaliente. It has an amazing sea view.
The island of La Palma is heart-shaped the heart of the Canaries-, a triangle with its southern point in Fuencaliente. Fuencaliente: in the shade of the Teneguía volcano, where the lava makes a meadow and flows fountains of sweet and dry wines. To the south you can make out the most southern island, El Hierro, almost always with a crown of clouds like white handkerchieves waving into infinety; to the East La Gomera, lending a hand to Tenerife in a majestic dreamlike picture of colour. Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 20% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
