We are committed to the environment and work towards sustainable tourism.
That is why we are taking measures in this direction. More information
Our regular guided tour, 5 Elements eXperience, has been designed under a firm commitment to the environmental, social and economic sustainability of the environment that surrounds us. It is an educational and sensory experience that not only shows the EVOO production process, but also promotes respect for the land, local culture and biodiversity.
This activity takes place in the surroundings of the La Jara region of Toledo, a natural area close to the Cabañeros National Park, with which we share values of conservation, environmental interpretation and enhancement of rural heritage.
Main sustainable actions integrated in the visit:
Environmental and cultural interpretation of the territory 2.
Our local guides transmit to the visitor the natural and cultural richness of the environment: the olive grove as an ecosystem, regenerative agriculture, native olive varieties, the history of olive growing in the region, as well as the connections between the landscape, biodiversity and human beings.
Minimization of environmental impact
The visit is carried out in controlled groups, respecting the environment, the rhythms of the field and the production facilities. We are committed to the responsible use of resources (water, energy), waste reduction and awareness of the visitor's impact on natural areas.
3. Support for local development and circular economy
All products that are part of the experience (oils, snacks, natural cosmetics) are produced locally. We collaborate with local professionals and companies, generating employment and supporting an economy based on values of proximity and sustainability.
4. Visitor education and awareness
The visit includes spaces and moments dedicated to educating visitors on topics such as the nutritional value of EVOO, respect for the environment, conscious consumption and the importance of preserving the traditional trades linked to the olive grove.

Ideal activity for families, couples, individuals or groups of friends interested in learning about the local culture from the best local guides.
The activity discovers the processes of traditional and modern oil production, details the importance of organic and sustainable agriculture, delves into varieties and pairings to obtain the knowledge to make a very special oil tasting.
We end the visit with a 360º projection entitled "I Am The Forest" where we value and learn the history of creation until today and link the visitor with the forest being an indispensable part of its management and care.
