- Participates in the control and surveillance of visitor access to restricted areas of the National Park.
- Actively collaborates in the implementation of cooperation projects and territorial promotion of the area.
- Places nest boxes in different habitats to facilitate the increase of biodiversity and protection of sensitive species.
- Offsets its carbon footprint by planting native species (Quercus Ilex and Faginea) and raises customer awareness by involving them in this activity.
- Has conducted an efficient driving course for drivers and guides to reduce CO2 emissions.
- Promotes the agri-food companies of the region by holding tastings of typical artisanal products in the restaurant of its facilities.
- Prioritizes the purchase and consumption of 0 kilometer products, working with local producers of cheeses, oils, wines and sausages.
- Hires local guides to generate employment in the area and fix population in the rural environment
- It has hybrid and 100% electric vehicles for sustainable mobility.
- Develops the 2016 - 2026 Emissions Offsetting Commitment project to mitigate its carbon footprint.
- Carries out the Compensaco2 agroforestry project, which has converted an olive grove into a natural CO? sink, capturing 45 tons per year.
- Prioritizes digitization to reduce paper consumption in information materials and bookings
- Uses paper bags for picnics

Accompanied by an interpreter guide and with our 4x4 vehicles we drive through the interior of the National Park discovering the raña and very well preserved areas of Mediterranean forest.
Duration: 3 hours / Route: 4x4 + trail.

Meet the great value of the Cabañeros National Park in a combined itinerary, in which aboard an all-terrain vehicle and traveling small and comfortable trails, you will discover accompanied by a guide interpreter the fauna, flora, history and customs, etc..
These visits take place inside the National Park, in restricted access areas.
We will visit areas of very well preserved Mediterranean forest, crossing the impressive Raña de la Viñuela, the quejigar del estrecho, the Casa del Labradillo, the Mancho del Portugués and the valley of the Viñuela.
We will observe a varied landscape dominated, depending on weather conditions, oaks, cork oaks, gall oaks or oaks melojos, and the most abundant shrubs are heather and rockroses, accompanied by aromatic plants such as lavender, rosemary and thyme. You can enjoy the beautiful quejigar del Estrecho, an extension covered by old gall oaks, where the scrub has been disappearing by the action of deer, roe deer and wild boars that during the summer settle here because they have food, water and pleasant temperature. You can distinguish the differences between the cool shady slopes and sunny sunny slopes, and also visit wetlands with streams, as well as the great raña de Cabañeros, dominated by herbaceous plants, a paradise for deer and different types of birds.
The duration is 3 hours.
Approximate route: By road CM-4017 of 22km, route inside the National Park of 30km.

To know:
- Comfortable shoes are recommended for a small 1km trail.
- It is recommended to bring binoculars, water, hat, insect repellers (in season).
- Sunrise and sunset are recommended for better wildlife observation.
- Before or after the visit and depending on their schedules, you can visit the Visitor Center of Horcajo de Los Montes.
- Previous reservation is required.
- Departures are punctual, with a maximum of 10 minutes of courtesy.
- Pets are not allowed in the vehicles.
- We do not assure that they can go in the same vehicle.
- If necessary, the customer will provide the child restraint system according to current regulations. We do not assure the availability of isofix anchorages.
