Discover the history and essence of Cazorla.

This company and the people who created it have their roots deep in the Sierra and in forest lifestyles, closely linked to the territory and its history.

The experience proposes a journey through the history, traditions, customs and legends of this beautiful town, located in the foothills of the Sierra de Cazorla, between the mountains and a vast sea of olive trees. Visitors admire the views from one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Andalusia, follow the course of the river to discover one of the best kept secrets of Cazorla, the vault of the Cerezuelo River, and end the tour in the ruins of the Church of Santa Maria, the only church in Europe built on a river.

The activity continues in the tasting room, where a guide, agronomist, tasting panel leader and expert taster, explains in a pleasant, objective and professional way all the secrets of olive oil. Using official tasting material, participants learn to identify the positive attributes of an EVOO, recognize its main aromatic nuances and distinguish the most common defects. In addition, they test their olfactory skills in a sensory test, learn the most appropriate uses of each type of oil and acquire the necessary keys to identify the healthiest oils safely and easily.
