- Passengers on board our boats will enjoy whale and dolphin watching in their natural habitat in a protected natural area. We comply with strict regulations for the protection of the marine environment reflected in the Charter of Sustainability that grants the blue flag for this activity.
- Sightings are carried out naturally, without human intervention to attract the whales.
- We offer entertaining information on board about the biodiversity in the area and how to conserve it.
- Whenever possible, during the excursions we collect rubbish (loose fishing nets, rubbish bags, plastics, nets, etc.) that we find in the sea.
- We are part of the CETS - European Charter for Sustainable Tourism - and we act in our excursions according to our commitment to it, applying the principles of sustainable tourism and protection of natural areas.
- We support local commerce with the purchase of everyday products.
- Activity designed for groups of up to 58 people, with on-board service of km0 products and active waste separation.
- Some of our excursions are designed to get to know the island of La Gomera better with specific routes to places of special interest.

Cancellation policy
In the case of private charter contracts or events, the conditions will be as follows:
- 100% refund of the amount paid if the cause of cancellation is due to force majeure (company's operations, sea conditions, accident or death).
- 90% refund if the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the departure date.
- 50% refund if the cancellation occurs between 15 and 30 days prior to the departure date.
- No refund if cancellation occurs within 15 days prior to departure date.
