In 1983 we promoted and participated in the creation of the Ebro Delta natural park, to protect natural areas from agricultural and tourism speculation.
These circumstances motivated us to create a tourism product that would value the conservation of natural areas and the culture inherited from our ancestors through ecotourism.
We are certified by the European Tourism Charter since 2010, elected in 2014 as “best outdoor experience in Catalonia” in the framework of the II Responsible Tourism Awards, organized by the Responsible Tourism Network (ICRT Barcelona) and Descubrir magazine to distinguish those tourism initiatives that benefit the local community and the environment. In 2019, the Europarc federation declared us the absolute winner of the "Contribution to Conservation" award at the Star Awards, which was presented to us at the Committee of the? European Regions in Brussels.
We offer an anthropological day, to know and understand the Ebro Delta, with interpretation of the formation, geology and history of the delta and workshops related to traditional rice cultivation and obtaining basic resources used by our ancestors in the Ebro Delta.
