The Courel Mountains millions of years ago were a seabed today emerged, the animals that lived there are still present in their rocks. This experience will discover the Paleozoic fossils of the Courel Mountains Geopark through a route of medium difficulty. In the morning, we will visit a 540 million years old archaeocite site in the limestone formation known as Taras de Visuña. In the afternoon, in the area of Seceda, we will visit a site formed mainly by crinoids and brachiopods with 416 million years old. Medium/low difficulty route.
