<p>We collaborate with the Bird Interpretation Center of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve in a project of birds of the reserve, showing them on our labels of the bottles of young wine, a bird nesting workshop with children and a tree day with replanting of native species in the surroundings of the winery.In our experiences all the products are local and km0 or the pintxos elaborated by bars/restaurants of the region that are paired according to our txakolis.recycling of by-products such as composting the stems and skins.</p>

Located in Gernika, in the heart of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve, we are a natural winery, complex, full of diversity and in constant evolution.
Our goal is to create and share the magic of txakoli, to spread the culture of this ancestral heritage and other unique wines through nature, culture and history, through unique experiences of food and wine activities. We are authentic avant-garde artisans in viticulture, who, in an innovative, daring winery, but with the utmost respect for the origin from the natural environment, landscape and history, we have developed a range of products unique among the txakoli wineries.
Our innovative vocation during these 25 years aims to take a leap with the creation of a space full of magic and where we can enjoy a daring project from a perspective of 360º Wine Tourism.
Get to know the avant-garde craftsmanship of Itsasmendi during 3 hours in a magical space with the tasting of 6 txakolis paired with 3 pintxos made with local seasonal products, in different exterior and interior corners that connect nature and mythology in the heart of the Biosphere Reserve of Urdaibai.
