El Bellver is a restaurant that works 100% with renewable energies, which uses certified organic products exclusively for all its elaborations. In addition, it contributes to the recovery of old varieties of local products and promotes the values of respect and commitment to the natural environment among many other activities all with this philosophy.

The year 2019 received the Star Award from Europarc as the equipment of all the parks of this federation of less environmental impact.

 

Since 2015 they are recognized by SlowFood Catalunya as a restaurant that defends the values of good, clean and fair.

The farmhouse El Bellver has its origins in the XIII century, and is located in one of the most spectacular places of the Biosphere Reserve and Natural Park of Montseny, in the Pla de la Calma.

The local product is the star. Every week we collect and prepare a wide variety of dishes that are renewed according to seasonal production and quality, preparing a tasting menu with vegetarian and vegan options, following the SlowFood philosophy. In addition, it is 100% powered by renewable energy.

Tasting menu: 43€ per person. Natural wine list and our own beer.
