We are committed to the environment and work towards sustainable tourism.
That is why we are taking measures in this direction. More information
- Guided by local experts
- The activity is designed for small groups (maximum 15 people) and avoids sensitive and crowded areas, minimizing negative impacts on the environment
- At least 5% of our net profits are donated to local conservation organizations, as part of our social responsibility as a cooperative. We are benefactors of the Fragas do Mandeo Foundation, a land stewardship organization. Every time you hire our services we donate to them to buy and conserve at least 1m2 of native forest in the Biosphere Reserve - We also collaborate in the cleaning and conservation of the estuary you visit by carrying out or leading volunteer activities.

We will visit points of the rocky coast with suitable places to explore. We will observe the tide pools, discover the animals under the rocks, and the algae that you can then eat in some of the restaurants of the Biosphere Reserve. You will enjoy the amazing fauna, which you can only see when the tide leaves you. We will also get to know aspects of aquaculture as we will contemplate marine farming structures, rafts, cages, etc.
