- Through the elaboration of a traditional liqueur, the ratafia, we will learn about the flora of the Natural Park and Biosphere Reserve of Montseny and its singularities.
- The workshop is for small groups (maximum 20 people) and takes place in the surroundings of the village of Montseny, avoiding the sensitive areas of the Park.
- During the outing and the subsequent workshop, we will teach good practices in the collection of plants and the suitability of creating an aromatic garden at home to obtain the species that are not found in our environment and at the same time create a garden for butterflies and other pollinating insects.
- We collaborate with the establishments and companies adhered to the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism of Montseny, making a 10% discount to customers of these companies.

Colors and scents of spring in Montseny
We will walk through the surroundings of the village of Montseny to learn about the plants involved in the production of ratafia, a very traditional handmade liquor of our lands: where they grow, how are their leaves, flowers, which part of the plant we will use.
How should we collect the plants to be as respectful as possible with the environment and for the preservation of the species, both plants and fauna.
Later we will carry out the workshop of elaboration of the liquor, following a recipe of our grandmothers.
Little by little, the collected plants will be introduced into the alcohol to macerate for 40 days.
Colors and smells will be mixed to open our senses and to enjoy a fun experience in the heart of the Montseny Natural Park.

- Adult participant (from 18 years old): 40€/person.
- Clients/companies CETS Montseny: 35€/person.
The price includes
- Guided tour to learn about the plants involved in the ratafia recipe.
- Later workshop to elaborate the liquor (each person will elaborate his own ratafía).
- Tasting of the previous year's ratafía.
