Discovering the life and colors of the flysch

It is a surprising visit, of a biological nature, which only takes place at very low tide and on neap tides. There are three or four episodes -of several days- throughout the year when the tides of the Cantabrian Sea are especially pronounced and the tidal flats emerge and shine in all their splendor.
Accompanied by a specialized guide, we will discover the enormous variety of species and the adaptation mechanisms that allow them to live in such a complex ecosystem as the tidal flats, the rocky platform that emerges at the foot of the cliffs. There inhabit starfish, octopus, cucumbers, hares, a whole world of life and color at our fingertips.
