Yoga & Mindfulness and relaxation with singing bowls:
- The group will be welcomed and attended by fantastic local qualified and professional guides who will inform about the relevance of taking care of our environment and what the Yoga and Mindfulness activity consists of.
Zen pack or nature baths, the class will take place as follows:
- Welcome and brief talk about our environment and the benefits of conscious breathing, yoga and relaxation.
- Pranayama and initial relaxation technique.
- Warm up and adapted yoga class.
- Meditation with the senses and natural environment.
- Natural infusion.
- Final relaxation sound bath.
Prices
- Adult participant (+13 years old): 30€/person.
- Child participant (up to 13 years old): 15€/person.
- Senior participant (+65 years): 25€/person.
Group rates for groups of 20 people or more:
- Adult participant (+13 years): 25€/person.
Group rates for groups of 30 people or more:
- Adult participant (+13 years): 22,50€/person.

Timetable
From January to December, every day (by prior reservation):
- Morning hours: from 09:30h. to 11:30h. and from 12:00h. to 14:00h.
- Afternoon hours: from 17:00h. to 19:00h.

Booking conditions
- Partial payment will be made 25% by bank transfer to formalise the booking.
- The rest of the payment will be required the day before or the same day the activity takes place.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the booking may result in a refund of part of the money paid, depending on the time of cancellation:
- Up to 2 weeks before: 75% refund.
- Up to 1 week before: 50% refund.
- During the last 7 days: No refund.
- Partial cancellations (cancellation of any of the contracted places) will not be refunded.
