- As Apartamentos Miranda is located on La Palma, an island declared a World Biosphere Reserve, we are committed to biodiversity conservation and sustainable development. We manage our large tropical garden ecologically, as much as possible, and strive to ensure that La Palma's endemic plants are the most prevalent.
- We emphasize to our guests the importance of caring for the environment and provide them with information on energy conservation, waste separation, and water conservation. Each studio has a waste separator under the kitchen sink, along with additional bin bags for separating paper, glass, and plastic.
- We also maintain a worm farm to use our guests' fresh fruit and vegetable scraps as organic fertilizer for our garden. Guests are provided with a small lidded bin for collecting their fresh kitchen waste.
- We primarily obtain our electricity from the photovoltaic system installed on the roof of the main building, with a peak capacity of 10 kW. During the sunny months, we cover 100% of our energy needs with the production from our photovoltaic system, and we also typically feed any surplus back into the public grid.
- At reception, we always recommend businesses, such as restaurants, cafes, and shops that offer local products. We also encourage guests to use public transportation and provide information on bus schedules, even though it's just a small contribution to reducing our carbon footprint.

Apartamentos Miranda is a small tourist apartment complex located on the east side of La Palma, surrounded by a tropical garden and a large outdoor swimming pool. The location is central yet peaceful, in a rural setting with sweeping views of the sea and mountains. We have a 50-year history.
The studios are comfortable, spacious, functional, and bright. The saltwater pool has been recently renovated.
At reception, we provide information on places of interest, events on the island, restaurants, and shops, promoting local businesses.
We also have two separate houses:
Casa Gron is a holiday home with a rustic style and typical Canarian architecture, located in the same complex as Apartamentos Miranda. Guests of Casa Gron can use the large swimming pool at Apartamentos Miranda if they wish.
Villa Escondida is a large holiday home located 2 kilometers from Apartamentos Miranda. Within its tropical garden is a spacious, furnished terrace with views of the sea and the city of Santa Cruz de La Palma. Inside the villa, there is a large and comfortable living room, tastefully furnished with paintings and antiques, a large, well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Guests of Villa Escondida also have access to the large swimming pool at Apartamentos Miranda.
