At Apartamentos Rurales las Tres Peñas, we are committed to the conservation of biodiversity and local development in Helechosa de los Montes. To achieve this, we carry out several actions, among which are:? The names of the three apartments are taken from three areas of the village where hiking trails are available, which we invite our guests to visit each one at its best time.? For heating, cooling and hot water we have opted for AEROTHERMIA. A renewable energy on the rise.? All our faucets have flow reducers.? In the bathrooms we have gel and shampoo dispensers? For cleaning the patios and filling the pool we use water from the well that is in the facilities.

Cancellation Conditions
It is not allowed to cancel a reservation less than 7 days before the arrival date of the booked accommodation. If you wish to cancel a reservation, you may do so up to 7 days prior to your stay. In any case of cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded.
