We take care of the forests by using only recycled paper, as well as reducing its use as much as possible, using digitalized signatures and documentation and sending receipts, invoices and other information by channels such as email.we know that tourism carried out in a sustainable way can contribute to the development of our territory, and that is why we encourage everyone to join this commitment, buying local products of kilometer 0, visiting artisans and traditional producers. We also encourage our visitors to reduce their carbon footprint by walking to Alquézar (only fifteen minutes from the campsite) and to discover the area through the beautiful hiking trails in the area; even by renting electric bicycles. In addition, to finish protecting the environment, we ask you to recycle all your waste in our containers for glass, plastic, generic waste, etc.

Booking conditions
The keys of the bungalow will be delivered from 16:00h (if the accommodation is released in advance, you can occupy it from 13:00h, ask at reception). They must be delivered before 12:00h on the day of departure.
*Reception hours:
8:00h to 20:00h in July and August.
from 9:00h to 20:00h rest of the year.
Modification / cancellation policy:
High Season: Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival will have a penalty of 30% of the total reservation.
Low and Mid Season: Cancellations 3 days prior to arrival will have a penalty of 30% of the total reservation.
