Estuvimos unos dias hospedados,la casa un 10,preciosa y habitacion muy confortable. Y Francisco y Maruxa,muy amables,nos ayudaron muchisimo a conocer la Ribera Sacra.Repetiremos seguramente.
- La finca y la propia casa, una maravillosa casa rural del siglo VI, restaurada respetando la distribución y materiales originales. Los muebles antiguos, las camas de madera, y hasta el hecho de que no hubiera tv en la habitación, hacen que la experiencia rural sea más auténtica. - A destacar los dueños, Francisco y Maruxa, encantadores, super atentos y majísimos. Desde luego marcaron la diferencia entre una escapada más y algo para recordar. - Francisco nos acompañó e hizo de guía en una ruta/senda maravillosa por la Ribeira Sacra, explicándonos la historia y detalles de todo lo que veíamos. - El desayuno y la estancia donde de desayuna, que antiguamente era la cocina de la casa. Todo muy rico, ecológico, de la zona... Buenísimo!

Casa Rural en VILELA ('CHANTADA', Lugo) CASA DO ROMUALDO
The "Casa do Romualdo", was built in 16th century; it is newly restored and conserves the typical elements of architecture rural.
Today the house is an open, calm and family place in which, besides our home, another 5 double rooms are always ready to welcome you. Thinking about your rest and pleasure, the beds have comfortable large latex mattresses with linen sheets. Each one has an option of 1 extra bed .
A magnificent polychromatic stone stature presides over the indoor cattle pen that will surprise you by its cosy and spectacular structure. Once bewitched by the fire of the "lareira", you will be able to enjoy a good conversation with friends or revive old time flavours in meals that are specially elaborated in the firewood kitchen.
Shared areas are meeting room, dining room, living room with fireplace, garden.
As well you can rent a bike right.
The distance to Lugo or Ourense is about 30 min driving and about 1 hour to Vigo, A Coruña, Pontevedra or Santiago de Compostela.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
PRE BOOKING:
In Casa do Romualdo the pre-reservation is valid for 48 hours, from the moment the proposal is sent. If within this period no communication is received from the applicant, by phone, email or whatsapp, the pre-booking will be automatically canceled.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
Pursuant to the D.191/2004 of July 29th of the Xunta de Galicia, Casa do Romualdo has established as an advance payment the amount of 40% of the total amount of the reservation.
CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION
Once the deposit has been confirmed, Casa do Romualdo will send a confirmation document.
It will include: Name of the applicant, nights booked, date of arrival and departure, number of persons, number of rooms booked, meals, services and/or activities requested. It will also state the total amount of the reservation, the amount paid in advance and the conditions applicable to the reservation.
The reservation shall be firm until 8:00 p.m. on the day shown on the confirmation document as the date of arrival. If the person(s) to be accommodated do not show up, or if by any means (phone, email, whatsapp) no communication is received about the arrival time, Casa do Romualdo may dispose, from that time, of the room or rooms reserved.
PAYMENT OF THE STAY AND THE SERVICES RENDERED
The payment of the total amount of the stay and the rest of the services rendered will be made in accordance with the following:
In the event that the person making the reservation is different from those who will be staying, the payment of 100% of the amount of the stay and the services requested shall be made in advance.
In the event that the person making the reservation is one of the persons staying, the payment of the amount of the stay and services contracted and the rest of the services enjoyed - discounting the advance payment for the reservation - will be made at the end of the stay.
CANCELLATION EXPENSES
At any time the applicant and/or guest may cancel the services of Casa do Romualdo. After the cancellation, Casa do Romualdo will return the corresponding amount, after subtracting the amount with which the applicant will have to compensate the accommodation, as detailed below:
Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: free of charge.
Between 30 and 8 days in advance: To compensate with 40% of the total of the advance payment.
Between 0 and 7 days in advance: To be compensated with 100% of the total amount of the advance payment.
DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law of Regulation of Automated Processing of Personal Data (LORTAD), the data entered during the booking process will be incorporated into an automated file whose ownership corresponds to the person responsible for it in Casa do Romualdo. Such data will be used and treated solely and exclusively for management and promotional purposes, having established the appropriate measures of protection and confidentiality. The rights of access, modification and cancellation of the stored personal data are expressly recognized.
