FORMALIZATION OF THE RESERVATION:

Amount: 25% of the total reservation. The rest will be delivered by hand the day of the arrival of the guests.

* VAT + Firewood + Towels + Bedding + Hydroalcoholic Gel + Heating with thermostats INCLUDED in the price.

RULES AND CONDITIONS:
Hours of entry / exit:
* Guests can stay until 4:00 p.m. on the day of departure, except if that same day there is a new reservation, in which case they must leave the house no later than 12:00.
* The time of entry into the accommodation is flexible, except if the day of arrival coincides with the day of abandonment of other guests, in which case it will not be possible to enter before approximately 17:00, so that we have time to clean.
Facilities, patio and common areas:
* The facilities are for the EXCLUSIVE USE of the guests, so access to people outside the reservations is not allowed.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS:
The refund of the amount entered per reservation in case of cancellation or modification of dates will be 100%, only in the event that said cancellation or modification has occurred with a minimum of:
If you have reserved an apartment: 7 days before the day of the guests" arrival.
If you have booked two apartments: 14 days before the day of the guests" arrival.
If you have booked three apartments: 20 days before the day of the guests" arrival.
If you have reserved four apartments: 25 days before the arrival of the guests.
FREE cancellation due to force majeure due to possible complications derived from the current situation of COVID-19. We can only take charge of the free cancellation of people who are prohibited from traveling due to possible confinements. In the same group there may be affected and unaffected people.
In the event that guests decide to advance their departure for reasons beyond the control of the establishment (such as weather conditions), the company will not be responsible, the price of the reservation being the same as it was established from the first moment.
In the event that the number of members in a group decreases, we can only adjust the price if we are notified of this change with a minimum of:

If you have booked three apartments: 15 days before the day of the guests" arrival.
