Our commitment is to reduce the impact on the environment. The beef and lamb from our own production and from the local cooperative to which we belong, and the pork and sausages come from animals raised in freedom 200 meters from Casa Rural Etxegorri, in Urigoitiko Txorizoak. In our open-air vegetable garden we produce lettuce, onions, peppers, cabbage, beans, beets according to the season and we extend their consumption by making preserves and jams.
