Booking conditions
GROUP BOOKINGS (2 or more caves): A non-refundable charge of 50% of the total reservation will be required.
Depending on dates and availability, the establishment may require an advance payment of 100% of the reservation in order to confirm it.
HIGH SEASON (July, August, Easter, Christmas and long weekends)
If canceled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the establishment will not charge anything - If canceled, modified after the deadline or no-show the establishment will charge 100% of the stay.
LOW SEASON (rest of the year)
If canceled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged - If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
