From Molino de Morillas we are committed to the conservation of biodiversity and local development using actions such as: ? we have a solar energy production system for use in centralized heating, water and cooling systems of the apartments and common areas, as well as a charging point for electric vehicles that we make available to our customers during their stay. We try to stop the desertification of our territory with our own reforestation project with natural species that support well our climate, as well as native species contributing to prevent their disappearance. We offer our customers vegetables, fruits and vegetables of our own production, directly from our seasonal organic garden. In addition, we grow Grenache grape vines with which we elaborate our wine "from the land", completely natural, without additives or preservatives, and that we offer as a gift to our guests. On the other hand, we have recently installed a microbrewery to produce craft beer, with natural fermentation and maturation, which perfectly complements our mission to offer zero km products... We are committed to other sustainable crops, such as our experimental hops plantation, which we have been developing since 2019, taking advantage of the climate and type of land that surrounds us, contributing to improve the local economy and employment. We promote the reuse of materials by encouraging recycling through the provision and use of specific containers in our facilities.

An old flour mill converted into 6 First Class apartments (3 keys), equipped with indoor and outdoor leisure facilities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pool (depending on season), summer terrace and barbecue area, two indoor common rooms with fireplace and TV, entertainment room with billiards, electronic dartboard and foosball, ping-pong area, private parking with electric recharging point and playground. Stroll freely through our extensive Nasrid gardens, orchard, vineyard and other organic crops. Optionally you can visit our craft brewery La Altiplana and taste our delicious beers. The whole area is surrounded by unpublished landscapes of badlands, archaeological sites and a multitude of options to enjoy ecotourism, our culture and gastronomy in the heart of the Geopark of Granada.

Booking conditions

RATES
The prices offered by El Molino de Morillas are valid from 01/01/2024 to 31/12/2025 for a minimum stay of 2 nights in accommodation only (SA), except High Season (TA), long weekends and holidays. The price for 1 night is 45 euros per person for a minimum of 2 people, or 90 euros for a single person on SA basis. The rates of the promotional packages offered on our website will prevail over the standard rate according to the conditions and terms described in each of them.

Rates for children: Children up to 3 years old are free of charge. There is availability of free crib under previous request of the client.

Rates, offers and promotions of third parties: The prices of packages and / or offers from third parties outside El Molino de Morillas that may be displayed on this website are for information purposes only. In any case El Molino de Morillas will not be responsible for possible changes in them. For more information, you can ask us or contact directly with the organizer of the activity in question.

Taxes: All prices include 10% VAT.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request and subject to availability of pet-friendly apartments (please consult). An additional daily fee of 5 euros per pet applies.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Bank transfer: optional and valid form of payment as long as we have proof of payment of the reservation (total or partial) in the bank account number that we will provide you.
Cash: The payment of the reservation can be made in cash at the moment of the delivery of the keys of the apartment(s).
Credit/debit card.

DEFINITION OF SEASONS
High Season (TA): from June 28th to September 8th.
Bridges and Holidays 2024: from January 1st to January 6th, from February 27th to March 2nd, from March 18th to March 31st, from April 30th to May 5th, from August 14th to August 18th, from October 11th to October 13th, from October 31st to November 3rd, from December 5th to December 9th, from December 22nd to December 31st, 2024.
Holidays 2025: from January 1 to January 6, from February 28 to March 2, from April 11 to April 20, from April 30 to May 4, from August 14 to August 17, from October 10 to October 13, from October 31 to November 2, from December 5 to December 8, from December 22 to December 31, 2025.

GUARANTEE
In order to guarantee your reservation, we may require a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Maestro, other cards, please consult) as a guarantee; no charge will be made until the day of your departure. In case of prepayment by bank transfer or cash payment on departure, no charge will be made for the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
General cancellation policy
In El Molino de Morillas we want our customers to feel at ease, so cancellations of reservations that occur outside High Season (TA) and / or Bridges will not be charged by us as long as you notify us up to 72 hours before check-in, and provided that the portal through which you had made the reservation (if you used one) does not apply a cancellation policy different from the one indicated here.

On the other hand, you will understand that cancellations of reservations made during TA and/or Bridges are an inconvenience for us, so the following penalties will be applied: (1) up to 30 days prior to arrival date, no charge; (2) from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival date, 20% on the total reservation; (3) from 14 to 8 days prior to arrival date, 30% on the total reservation; (3) from 7 to 4 days prior to arrival date, 50% on the total reservation; (4) within 3 days prior to arrival date or no-show, 100% on the total reservation.

Cancellations of reservations with exclusivity:
For cancellations of reservations made on TA and/or Bridges with exclusivity option, the following penalties will apply: (1) Up to 45 days prior to arrival date, no charge; (2) from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival date, 50% on the total reservation; (3) from 14 to arrival date or no-show, 80% on the total reservation or total loss of the requested reservation advance and deposit.

Cancellations due to official mobility restrictions:
Cancellations of reservations arising from restrictions imposed by the competent authorities will be affected as follows:

(1) For declaration of State of Alarm at national level, there will be no penalties and we will proceed to refund 100% of the amount of the reservation or payment on account of this made.
(2) For declaration of a national State of Alarm or any other regulatory imposition that affects the opening of the establishment, there will be no penalties and we will proceed to refund 100% of the amount of the reservation or payment on account of this made.
(3) For restrictions on mobility due to the declaration of a State of Alarm or any other regulatory imposition of the autonomous community, province, municipality or geographical area of any or all of the guests of the reservation, the general cancellation policy will be applied. However, if the company manages to book the same dates for other clients, the proportional amount corresponding to the new reservation/s will be refunded to the clients who initially cancelled.

In both cases (general conditions and cancellations due to official mobility restrictions), the amount of the cancellation will be automatically charged to the credit/debit card provided by you, or against the initial payment made to confirm the reservation.

Cancellations of reservations must be communicated to El Molino de Morillas by the person who made the reservation and by any valid written means (email, SMS, WhatsApp message), by phone or in person.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time will be from 11:00 am onwards. Please confirm check-in time in case of delay of the agreed time. In any case, the date and time will be confirmed prior to arrival. Arrivals later than 8:00 p.m. without prior notice by the client may be subject to a surcharge of 20 euros.
Check-out time is generally until 17h (winter time) or 18h (summer time), unless the apartment is to be occupied by another client, in which case it will be before 12:00 noon.

STAYS WITH BREAKFAST
The clients whose rate of stay includes breakfast should know that it is offered in a local restaurant in Galera located 1 km away from our facilities. The type of breakfast included is called "continental" and includes: coffee/tea/milk/juice (1 to choose), toast/bacon (1 to choose). Any other a la carte request must be paid by the client directly to the restaurant.

Optionally and under previous request and availability, the establishment can offer BREAKFAST AT HOME, that is to say, in the apartment. The type of breakfast includes: 1 orange juice; 1 coffee/tea/milk (your choice); 1 piece of toast of your choice (oil, tomato, butter and/or jam); cereals and 1 piece of seasonal fruit.

POOL OPENING SEASONS
The indoor pool will be available from April 16 to June 15 and from September 1 to November 1.
The outdoor pool is available from June 16 to August 31.

These dates may be subject to change depending on the weather in each season, as well as the need to carry out any necessary maintenance operations.
