At Apartamentos Rurales San Feliz, we are deeply committed to the conservation of biodiversity and sustainable development in our region. Aware of the importance of protecting native species, especially the brown bear, a species in danger of extinction, we carry out various actions to support its conservation. Among our main initiatives are:- We actively collaborate with the Fundación para la Conservación del Oso Pardo, whose objective is the protection and recovery of the brown bear population in the region. We are proud to contribute to their projects and efforts in favor of the conservation of this emblematic species.- We have a donation box in our facilities, where guests can make voluntary contributions to support the foundation's activities. A percentage of the funds raised goes directly to the conservation and protection programs of the brown bear, contributing to its preservation in its natural habitat.

San Feliz Rural Apartments are located in the council of Lena, in the Central Mountain of Asturias. In the middle of nature they are the perfect rural accommodation for a getaway to Asturias.
Each cottage is built of wood inside and stone outside, and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a private terrace.
Thanks to the easy access to the Asturian mountains, you can enjoy the rural tourism activities in the area such as hiking, cycling or skiing in winter.
In addition to nature, you can also visit the important Asturian cities such as Oviedo only 20 minutes from San Feliz, Gijón 40 minutes and Avilés 45 minutes, which will not leave anyone indifferent.
Nature, culture, art, mountain, beach, gastronomy? everything you need is in Asturias.

In Espacio Rural San Feliz we are fully aware of the need to take care of the environment and respect our surroundings. Therefore, we adopt measures that help to reduce the impact of our activity, reducing the consumption of energy, water and other resources:
- The light bulbs we use in each apartment are Led bulbs.
- We collect rainwater and reuse it to water our plants and the vegetable garden in the Rebochal apartment.
- The Rebochal apartment has a vegetable garden with aromatic plants so that guests can make their own infusion.
- The products we use for different services are from local stores and the surrounding area.
- Guests have at their disposal in each apartment a jar to reuse the oil that is used.
- Guests have at their disposal information and recommendations about local tourism, places to visit, restaurants, stores, etc.
- Guests have in each apartment recommendations on the importance of saving water.
We know that sustainable tourism can contribute to the development of our territory, and that is why we encourage all our guests to join us in this commitment, making a responsible use of water and energy, buying local products, visiting artisans and traditional producers.
Booking conditions
Our booking policy is the one contained within the tourism law of the Principality of Asturias. The booking will not be confirmed until the costumer has paid 40% of the total cost of the service. The rest of the payment will be made on the day of the entry with the handover of the keys and checking that everything is explained and correct.
In case of cancelation, the amount to be repay depends on the time in advance which is notified:
- Notifying before 30 days of the entry date: 100% of the amount previously paid.
- Notifying before 20 days of the entry date: 75% of the amount previously paid.
- Notifying before 15 days of the entry date: 50% of the amount previously paid.
- Notifying within 7 days of the entry date: there will be no repayment.
Credit card payments will be accepted, but travel checks will not. The check-in will be usually carried out after 17:00 and the check-out before 12:00.
If the costumer doesn't arrive before 20:00, it is understood that the booking is cancelled and the apartment could be taken by another costumer.
The costumer could request a different time of check-in or check-out, paying an additional fee of 50? for each change. Nevertheless, the check-in will never be before 12:00 and the check-out after 17:00.
In any case, any requests should be communicated with enough time in order to not interfere with other costumers' stays.
Once the booking is made, all above conditions are accepted.
