BARLOVENTO
Casa Facundo B is surrounded by heath and mountains in an area of amazing beauty at only one kilometer from the center of the village of Barlovento. This cottage has a good location for those who love nature and walking holidays. It is situated at only a half kilometer from the nearest hiking path LP-7.1 which goes from Barlovento to Los Tilos Forest in San Andrés y Sauces. This house is full of terraces, orchards and gardens and from there you can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding mountains.
Facundo B has two double rooms with twin beds, one single room, a living room with fireplace , kitchen and dining room together, one bathroom with shower, terraces and garden.
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 20% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
