At Hotel Jardines de Uleta Suites, we are committed to biodiversity conservation and local development in Vitoria-Gasteiz. To achieve this, we carry out several actions, among which are:? Hotel Jardines de Uleta Suites adhered in 2023 to the ?System of Recognition of the sustainability of Nature Tourism in the Natura 2000 Network? in relation to the Natura 2000 ZEC-ZEPA SALBURUA area. This commitment favors the creation of ecotourism experiences unique to the knowledge and enjoyment of the ZEC and ZEPA Salburua, thus generating a tourist offer that allows visitors to connect with nature and learn about environmental conservation? Our hotel has signed the Basque Country Tourism Ethics Register to comply with the Basque Country Tourism Code of Ethics. This code adapts the principles of the Global Code of Ethics developed by the World Tourism Organization, as well as the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations Agenda 2030. As an objective that all signatory tourism entities incorporate social responsibilities and environmental and economic sustainability in their daily practice? Hotel Jardines de Uleta has a Corporate Social Responsibility Plan that sets the guidelines for our sustainable actions and practices with the aim of achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).? Every year, we collaborate with Cáritas Diocesana de Vitoria-Gasteiz in a campaign to collect used toys at Christmas. We involve local schools and institutions to promote the recycling culture and with Caritas training workshops to promote local employment.

Jardines de Uleta Suites is a 4 Star hotel located in one of the best area of the city, well connected to the center of the city across a very nice stroll, where a big variety of the main touristic attractions can be enjoyed.
All hotel rooms are spacious suites between 50 and 80 m2, in which a wide hall and a comfortable living-room. We also have apartments with one and two bedrooms and kitchen.
The hotel offers café and restaurant services for events, both spaces often frequented not only for hotel customers but for numerous residents as well.
Finally, the hotel is a reference in events celebration since, on the one hand there are numerous available spaces such as El Patio de Cristal, El Mirador, where the best views of the city can be enjoyed, El Jardín Vertical and Esquivel meeting room, which holds even 500 customers, and on the other hand there is an event department with professionals entirely focused on became every event in an exclusive and personalized celebration.
Booking conditions
Cancellation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival (EXCEPT SPECIAL DATES).
Reservations may be cancelled or modified by telephone or e-mail prior to arrival date, with a minimum of 24 hours notice. In case of cancellation after 24 hours prior to arrival we will charge the total amount of the reservation to your credit card.
In case of NO SHOW, we will charge the total amount of the reservation on your credit card and cancel the reservation automatically.
Early departures must be notified at the front desk at least one (1) day in advance. In case of not notifying the early departure within this period, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
SPECIAL DATES 2024: Easter, Azkena Rock Festival and IRONMAN. Reservations may be cancelled or modified by telephone or e-mail prior to the date of arrival, with a minimum notice of 21 days. In case of cancellation after 21 days prior to arrival we will charge the total amount of the reservation to your credit card.
