Among the elements of vision, mission and values that identify this organization is the protection, conservation and dissemination of biodiversity and local development of the Natural Park of Sierra Espuña and its surroundings.in the MOLINO DE FELIPE, to achieve this we carry out various actions, among which include:? Conservation and maintenance in operation the flour mill (currently under restoration) that was the origin of the activity of this organization. Using as raw material the cereal cultivated by the farmers of the region, valuing the uniqueness, quality and healthy and environmentally friendly properties of these products. The origins of this milling device date back to the 17th century, being the milling activity developed by this family since the mid-19th century. Promotion and dissemination through material and telematic means of the organization of activities, local products, and good environmental practices in the park. The organization has a specialist, Antonio Sánchez Ruiz, in landscape and hiking routes, gastronomy and nature craft activities, habits of its people, flora and fauna of the territory. All this, in order to organize colloquiums, formative and informative talks, and consultations of clients and people with access to the informative systems... The landscaped zone and of stay of the establishment has plantation of autochthonous species, propitiating a Mediterranean atmosphere that complemented with the adornments and hydraulic sources, we make the client feel in the heart of the park. It has vital importance to the water that irrigates the orchard of Mula, since centuries to operate the milling device and other industrial and craft activities of the Ribera, represented an important engine of economic wealth ... Each unit, has a name related to the mill and / or its activity: the rangua, the saetín, the half moon, the stack of the mill, the golden spike, etc..Active collaboration in associations and cultural foundations for the promotion and conservation of the territory: Sierra Espuña International Early Music Festival, International Spanish Guitar Festival, Epicentro Festival, etc.Among our good environmental practices is the goal of achieving 100% self-consumption of electricity, optimization of water resources, consumption of products with recyclable packaging, promotion and sale of handmade products of the region, raw materials (processed and marketed cereals) in the mill of organic origin and / or the region.All this was recognized with the accession to the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism in Protected Areas (CETS) in 2015.

The Hotel Rural El Molino de Felipe is a unique accommodation, located in an old flour mill of the sixteenth century. Its facilities, carefully restored, preserve the charm of traditional Murcian architecture.
The hotel has 3 apartments and 7 rooms, all equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The apartments, with capacity for 4 or 6 people, have a living room, fully equipped kitchen, television, wifi, air conditioning and pellet fireplace. The rooms, with capacity for 2 or 4 people, have their own bathroom, television, heating and air conditioning, minibar and wifi.
The hotel offers its guests a swimming pool with solarium, barbecue room, dining room and large outdoor areas with gardens. In the dining room breakfast is served with homemade products, and dinner service is offered on request. There is also a barbecue area for guests who wish to prepare their own meals.
