Okay, Alma! Here's your text, translated into "pitinglis" (English) and formatted clearly.

The Abadía is located next to the church in the village of Coscojuela in Sobrarbe, 8 km from Ainsa. It's a magnificent stone accommodation that was once the old Abbey. The house has been restored and decorated with regional furniture in keeping with the period of the house, providing a warm and intimate atmosphere.

A solid oak door gives access to the entrance where a noble stone staircase ascends to the upper floor. On the ground floor, you'll find a beautiful living-dining room and a kitchen with an authentic Aragonese kitchen table in what were formerly the old stable and the wine cellar, respectively. Both feature lovely round ceilings, stone walls, and stone floors. This floor also has a twin bedroom and a separate toilet.

On the upper floor, a rustic stone bedroom with a balcony overlooks the square. A second bedroom, with windows that have built-in seating and an en-suite bathroom, overlooks the garden in front of the house. The third bedroom, containing a beautiful antique oak bed, is accessed from the spacious old living-dining room, whose ceramic floor tiles come from an ancient monastery. This floor also features the old Aragonese kitchen.

Central heating is available in winter, and there's a fireplace in the old kitchen on the first floor.

Guests have access to an aromatic plant garden with its old well and a north-facing summer terrace with a stone table and chairs. The house has central heating in winter, and its thick walls ensure a pleasant temperature in summer.

From the Abadía, you can visit the old oil mill or, about a half-hour walk away, the hermitage of San Miguel. We recommend everyone to climb the 16th-century church tower for a good view of the area or go down the path to contemplate or swim in the Mediano Reservoir. A visit to the nearby Sierra y Cañones de Guara Natural Park is a must for anyone interested in canyoning.

Parking is available in the village square, 20 meters from the entrance door.
