Un sitio muy recomendable por calidad -precio, habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, silencio y tranquilidad, atención de anfitriones excepcional, desayunos muy ricos, abundantes, caseros y opción amplia para celiacos
Estuvimos del 5 al 7 de agosto, casa rural familiar, muy acogedora tanto Marisa como su hija Ana que llevan el negocio estaban muy atentas. Un lugar muy tranquilo, el desayuno inacabable, cada día creaban una cosa diferente, todo casero y típico de Asturias. Todo muy limpio. Recomendable al 200%. Si tenemos ocasión en un futuro seguro que volveremos, gracias por vuestra atención. 🥰

Being part of this association, we work all year actively from our accommodation in the creation of the ECOTOURISM FESTIVAL IN DANGER OF EXTINCTION, thanks to which we have managed to value the good work of our accommodation in favor of the transmission of values, culture and tradition... In our accommodation, we have information, decoration and products of the area. We encourage and inform our visitors of local companies to do activities, enriching experiences for them and for the one who gives them. Where to buy local products. Where to consume them... We are in direct contact with RENA (Asturias Natural Network) and with the direction of the natural park, to inform our visitors of everything that is done from the protected area.

Rural house (by rooms or complete): two floors. One room with double bed on the ground floor, bathroom with shower, TV and heating. 3 rooms on the upper floor. All with bathroom, tv and heating. Two with double bed and one with single beds plus extra bed. Living-dining room with fireplace, tv, small library and board games. Fully equipped kitchen.
Outside with a large garden, barbecue in covered area, garden furniture, playground, parking area, gated property in the center of town. Direct access from the road.
The accommodation is located 70 km from Luarca and 90 km from Pola de Somiedo. Also, La Pumarada de Limés is 91 km from Oviedo, 123 km from Gijón.

The right to stay overnight begins at 4:00 p.m. on the first day and ends at 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
We are flexible with the schedule, but you must communicate it with enough time.
You must communicate the check-in time if it is after 8 pm. Otherwise we will consider the reservation cancelled.
It is not allowed to occupy the house or room more people than those stipulated in its capacity.
The payment will be the total of the reserved nights less those that have been deposited as a deposit. It will be made the day of entry, with the delivery of keys.
IN THE ROOM RENTAL, BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED AND THERE IS DAILY CLEANING OF ROOMS.
IN THE RENT OF COMPLETE HOUSE, IT IS IN REGIME OF ONLY LODGING AND THERE IS NO DAILY CLEANING. BED LINEN AND TOWELS WILL BE CHANGED EVERY 5 DAYS OR WHEN THE CLIENT NEEDS IT.
