At Casa Los Nacientes Marcos, we are committed to biodiversity conservation and local development on our island of La Palma. Some of our key initiatives include:

The rural house "Los Nacientes" is situated in the area of Las Lomadas (San Andrés y Sauces), next to the road leading to "Los Nacinetes de Marcos y Cordero", and very near to Los Tiles Forest, centre of the World Reserve of the Biosphere "La Palma".
These two rural houses, Marcos on the upper level and Cordero on the lower level, are the archway to the splendid natural location LOS NACIENTES DE MARCOS Y CORDERO, one of the main meeeting points of the palmerian people and all of our visitors. Out of this spectacular scenery of high stone walls, surrounded by forests, the crystal waters springs from everywhere, forming impressive waterfalls before entering the canal that takes it down through tunnels to the greenery of the orchards of bananas and many other exotic cultivations. In the opposite direction, towards the sea, and also not too far from the house, you will shortly meet the deep blue sea surrounded by banana plantations. There you will find a nice black sand beach to spend hours and hours of peacefullness in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility which has no connection to the typical crowded resorts.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

2. Please, make sure the Bank states your Name and Reservation number with the transfer.
3. To avoid unwanted cancellation, please, make sure your payment in advance is done before 48 hours -reservation dead line.
4. A further cancellation will be charged as follows: · 25% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done more than 15 days before supposed arrival day. · 50% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done between 15 and 7 days before supposed arrival day. · 75% of your payment in advance if the cancellation is done from 6 to 4 days before supposed arrival day. · 100% of your payment in advance for cancellating less than 4 days before supposed arrival day. · Clients leaving before departure date have not right to claim any money back.
5. In case of an arrival of more persons than reserved, without notice, the owner of the house could either refuse the entrance or charge a supplement for extra guests.
Suggestions:
Please avoid to arrive "by surprise". It is very convenient for you and for us to use the situation map of the house and to confirm with the reservation office "time and meeting point" with the owner of the rural house.
