At Los Riegos we are very conscious of the need to care for and respect our environment, ensuring that our activity causes the least possible impact. For this reason, we adopt many measures that help to minimize this impact, reducing the consumption of energy, water and other resources. Among them are: ? we use renewable energies (since the inauguration we use solar panels to support heating and hot water) and energy efficient devices ? we reuse rainwater for irrigation ? we carry out a policy of waste reduction, reuse and recycling. We have a strong interest in reducing the use of plastics, so we almost totally avoid single-use plastics. For example, we do not use plastic water bottles and we leave glass bottles with local water in the rooms and also for breakfasts and dinners... In our breakfast and dinner service we use as much local and homemade products as possible and also, whenever possible, products from our own garden.... We are biologists and have a good knowledge of the area and its nature, and we try to explain in detail what to do, where to go, how to appreciate the natural values of Redes and how to behave correctly in order to conserve its natural and socio-cultural resources. We collaborate in counting butterflies and moths, and fauna in the park (golden eagle, vulture, odonates, etc.). As an integrated family in the area, we always participate in community work days in the village and surrounding areas.

Los Riegos - Rural Tourism in the Heart of Redes Natural Park
Los Riegos is a Rural Tourism establishment located in the center of the Redes Natural Park, in the small village of Belerda. We offer a rural house with rooms for rent (Bed and Breakfast), surrounded by a garden and situated on the outskirts of the village, and 2 rural apartments for full rental, located in a small recently renovated house in the village center.
In the rural house, we have 7 double rooms, all with private bathrooms, each decorated differently with great attention to detail and the comfort of our guests. In some rooms, we can add an extra bed. Ask us. The house features a living area with a fireplace and a well-stocked library with information about the area and Asturias in general, a dining room, an exterior gallery, a garden with furniture, and parking within the property.
For guests staying in the rural house, we provide breakfast (included in the room price) and dinners exclusively for guests (with a set menu and by reservation), based on traditional cuisine with our unique touch, always using high-quality products, preferably from our garden and the local area.
Regarding the fully rented rural apartments, each is about 40 m² with a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen, and a terrace or patio and garden. Breakfast is not provided in the apartments. The sofa bed is located in the living room.
We are about 500 m from the main road AS-117 (Avilés-Puerto de Tarna) with good access.
We are biologists and knowledgeable about the Redes Natural Park and Asturias in general, so we can help you plan your excursions and outings tailored to your tastes, preferences, weather conditions, and time of year.
PETS: We only allow pets in the fully rented apartments (we charge an extra cleaning fee), but NOT in the rural house with rooms for rent.

Booking conditions
Reservation and payment conditions:
We request the CARD as GUARANTEE. No charges will be made, except cancellation within the period in which the Law authorizes us to charge part or all of the deposit. If the reservation is cancelled with less than one week, we will charge the equivalent of 30% of the total amount of the reservation (with a minimum of the amount corresponding to one night). If it is cancelled between 7 and 15 days, we would charge 15% of the total amount of the stay.
Prices include VAT.
As soon as we receive your request we will contact you by email to confirm your reservations. Please indicate in the comments section any notes you would like to make before booking (arrival time, dinner reservations, food allergies...).
Cancellation:
At any time you can cancel the reservation made, being entitled to a refund of the amounts you had paid (except processing fees) as long as you communicate it more than 15 days before the date of entry.
If the cancellation is made between 7 and 15 days, the refund will be 50% of the deposit. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance, there will be no refund.
