Welcome to Mas Pineda! Our farmhouse. It is located on the eastern slope of the Toix mountain range, in the village of Oix, in the Natural Interest Area of Alta Garrotxa.
It has 4 rooms distributed in double rooms with two single beds or double bed. There are also triple rooms with single and double bed.
Each room at Mas Pineda has panoramic views of the valley of Oix.
Breakfast in the large lawn garden overlooking the mountains outside you can enjoy a wood barbecue and a gas barbecue for the use of guests of the Mas. Always with prior notice. There are picnic tables scattered throughout the property.
In the same property you will find a covered parking area for the exclusive use of our guests.
Booking conditions
Contracting and booking conditions for Mas Pineda Oix.
a. Payment and deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation by bank transfer or credit card payment via Stripe. b. Cancellation of reservation within the last seven days before occupancy: no refund. c. Payment by credit card and cash are accepted. Cancellation of reservation within the last seven days before occupancy: the deposit is not refunded. c. Card and cash payments are accepted.
d. Pets are not allowed in the farmhouse, so as not to create conflict with other customers.
e. Children are welcome from 12 years old. In the rooms children can stay as long as they are accompanied by an adult, and counting as an occupied place. We do not accept children in the parents' room, in this case we recommend an apartment.
f. Shift schedules for breakfast and dinner, according to reservation and availability.
g. The house does not offer lunch service, but picnics are prepared on request. h. On the day of arrival, the entrance to the house is from 4:00 p.m. onwards.
h. If it is earlier, it is necessary to give notice and we can store the luggage.
i. The rooms must be vacated from 11:00 am on the days of stay in the house to facilitate the cleaning service. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated before 12:00h punctually, in order to be able to clean and allow the entrance of new guests.
j. Between 23:30h and 8.00h there must be silence, to respect the rest of all guests staying at the farmhouse.
k. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms, bathrooms and inside the entire establishment.
l. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. Everything will be checked on the day of departure. In case of absence of household items, including sheets and towels, they will be paid.
m. From October to June we are only open from Thursday to Sunday, except for long weekends, holidays, etc. From June to September every day. We are open for reservations of more than 2 rooms or groups.
n. Children are the full responsibility of their parents or guardians, who must supervise them at all times.
