Enjoyed the stay. A simple, clean guesthouse for undemanding travelers in a very good location. Shops, beach and a public car park are nearby. Easy to check in (owner sends door codes). For a longer stay (we stayed for 3 full days) maybe a little tight room, a small table on the balcony or in the room was missing. Although the room description says there is an iron and hair dryer, there were none in the room unless you had to ask. We didin't need them. Quite noisy in the evening in the square but it didin't disturb us to sleep when you are very tired. You can also hear the roar of the ocean. we saw one cockroach in the bathroom at night.

Booking conditions

Introduction
Pensión La Gaviota is an establishment registered to Elite, Gestión Y Creación S.L. with C.I.F B38.571.279 with head office in Aved. Marítima nº 35, 38810 de Playa de Santiago - Alajeró. Elite, Gestión y Creación is a company of Tourist Management and Hostelry in the Canary Islands.
These general conditions are an integral part of the mediation contract between the client and this company.

Contract and payment conditions
1. The confirmation of a reservation will be made as follows: Once the reservation request has been made and checked by our reservation system the availability of the accommodation. The customer's card will be charged 25% of the total amount of the reservation (as a Reservation Management Fee). The remaining amount will be charged to the card one week prior to arrival at the establishment. If at the moment of confirming the reservation there are less than 7 days left for the arrival date, the total amount of the stay will be charged to the card. Once the confirmation of availability has been sent, if within 48 hours we have not been able to charge your card the payment, or failing that, we have not received a valid bank receipt, Pension La Gaviota reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
2. The payment of the reservation can be made by bank transfer or cash deposit to the account indicated in the confirmation of availability, or by credit card. In case you make the confirmation of the reservation in our establishment, you can also make the payment in cash. Prices and stays
The prices of the accommodation, indicated on the website, are per night and room. To obtain the final price of each accommodation you must enter the selected accommodation and specify the dates you enter and the exact departure date.
The price includes the taxes in force at the beginning of the season. Pensión la Gaviota reserves the right to change them if they are modified once the season has started.

The booking process of Pension La Gaviota is managed by an external booking gateway CloudBeds on-line S.L. So it may be subject to management fees in case of cancellation of the reservation.

The minimum number of nights allowed is one, and this may vary on specific dates such as weekends, long weekends, Easter, Christmas? etc.

Modifications and cancellations
If you have to make a modification in the reservation, take into account that it can generate expenses depending on the proximity to the date of entry. In this case you must inform our staff as soon as possible.
Once the reservation is confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply:
1. cancelling up to 30 days before the beginning of your stay, the expenses are 25% of the rental amount.
2. Cancellation up to 7 days before the beginning of your stay or after the Chech-In, the cancellation fee is 100% of the rental amount.


The check-in time is always scheduled for the day of arrival indicated in your confirmation at 16:00h and the check-out time for the day of departure indicated in your confirmation at 11:00h unless another time is agreed at the time of booking. Changes in this schedule will depend on the availability of the accommodations and the person in charge of the key delivery.

Reservations with check-in after 5:00 p.m. may incur staff costs. If you plan to arrive after this time, you must let the person confirming your reservation know.

Responsibility of Pension La Gaviota?
Pension La Gaviota? is committed that the information offered in www.pensionlagaviota.es about your accommodation is true. It is not responsible for the information offered in other web portals without written authorization from our company.
It is also responsible that the client has the accommodation booked on the dates contracted and that if for reasons of force majeure could not be accommodated in this, will be refunded the total price paid.
The client will have, during his stay, a 24 hour customer service telephone line, from where he will be attended during:
His displacement to the establishment.
To the Chech-In
Incidents in the accommodation during the stay.
Al Chech-Out

Obligations of the client
To inform of the arrival time at the accommodation as well as the number and arrival time of the flight (if any).
The client must conform at all times to the maximum number of people per room (2 people), being forbidden to visit the accommodation.

To inform of the possible incidences that could have in the rooms at the moment of the arrival to the same one.
To offer at the arrival of the lodging, or at the moment of the confirmation of the reservation, all the personal data of each one of the occupants.

The client undertakes to leave the accommodation facilities in the same conditions as they were found on arrival. Taking charge of any damage caused during your stay.

Claims
Each one of the rooms has, our committing us, that the descriptions of our web are correct.
Pension La Gaviota will not be responsible for a later claim, when you have not made any complaint when occupying the room or during your stay.
Throughout your stay you will have at your disposal the official complaint forms of the Consejería de Turismos.
