Our actions are aimed at supporting conservation projects and promoting responsible and sustainable tourism. Among our main initiatives are:- For each direct reservation made at our inn, we donate a percentage of the sale to the Osprey Centre, a conservation center dedicated to the protection of the osprey in the Bay of Santander. In this way, our guests can contribute directly to the conservation of this emblematic species.- In our facilities, we have included informative brochures about the osprey conservation project, promoting knowledge and awareness of the importance of protecting this species and its habitat.

Booking conditions
The following is a summary of the conditions and policies of the facility:
1. **Personal data and card**: The customer must provide personal data and a card number to make the reservation.
2. **Minimum stay**: Reservations are accepted for a minimum stay of 2 days.
3. **Double room capacity**: Double rooms can accommodate up to 3 people, adding an extra bed for an additional cost of 30 euros.
4. **Pets**: Guests traveling with pets must bring their own bedding and food bowls. There is no additional charge for pets, but they may not climb on the beds or couches. In addition, out of respect for other guests, pets will not be allowed to be left alone in the rooms.
5. **Cancellation Policy**:
- If the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 3 days prior to arrival, no charges will be applied.
- If the cancellation or modification is made after the deadline or the client does not show up, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
