Commitment to the conservation of biodiversityTierra del Agua was born with a vocation for ecotourism in terms of its conception, design and good practices with two objectives: to give a twist to traditional rural tourism, turning it into something experiential and to be Ambassadors of Destination, a tourism initiative as a link between tourists and entrepreneurs, economic activation, and population fixation. Also: ? we bet strongly on local products, always present in our breakfasts and in our gastronomic offer, and for sale to our customers in our exhibitor. We organize the Water Market, an initiative to promote the work of producers and artisans, with part of the proceeds going to the Brown Bear Foundation. We carry out collaborative actions with Asturian agri-food and handicraft entrepreneurs. E.g.: I Edition of the Water Market... We started to make collaboration agreements as subtenants or mediators, acting as guarantors for rentals and undertaking improvements in the houses.

The Centro De Ecoturismo Tierra Del Agua is surrounded by mountains and is located in the quiet village of Caleao, in Asturias, Spain.
Hotel with a total of 14 suites and independent homes, the apartments are divided into three categories: Tierra del Agua Homes, three suites of between 100 and 80 m² for 4 people; a Family Suite, a duplex of 70 m² for 4 people; and ten Junior Suites of between 30 and 35 m² for two people.
Decorated with the flavor of a Nordic design mountain lodging, beds dressed with exquisite cotton fabrics, and wonderful views of the Caleao Valley.
This charming accommodation in Caleao is very complete and has a restaurant where you can taste Mediterranean and Asturian dishes made with local products.
There is also a rustic- bar, El Llagar, and travelers can achieve superior relaxation by enjoying the outdoor yoga classes and the on-site spa with sauna and Turkish bath. The hotel also has a private parking area, and bicycles can be rented at the front desk to explore the area.

Cleaning policy:
As we have previously informed you, in accordance with the Rural Accommodation Regulations (Decree 60/86 on management of tourist apartments modified by Decree 85/95) with 3 keys, and committed to respecting the environment (water saving campaign), the cleaning of the apartment, change of linen and towels, will be done every 4 days from 10:30-12:30h., being available to the client the tools and basic cleaning products, and an additional cleaning service, by staff of Tierra del Agua, with an extra cost of 12€/day.
Communications:
Mobile coverage throughout the Valley is limited to Movistar, if you need to make a call, you have our landline or cell phone at your disposal, as well as the free wifi of the complex.
Cancellation policies:
If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 15 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge.
If canceled or modified between 14 -4 days prior to arrival date, the establishment will charge 30% of the entire stay.
If cancelled or modified on or after 3 days prior to arrival date, the establishment will charge 100% of the total amount of the stay.
High Season minimum stay two nights (Jun-Sep, Bridges, Christmas and Easter).
