PUNTALLANA
The owners have converted this rural house retaining carefully the charming style of the old dwelling. It has wooden ceilings and the large fire-place in the sitting room ensures warm holidays should the winter evenings become chilly. Some elements such as long boxes made from tea (core pine wood) and traditional wooden cupboards inside the wide walls add to the well kept decoration. Outside a large terrace allows us to contemplate wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. Next to it the barbecue is a favourite among our visitors. Casa Tomasín has a private swimming pool. The size of the swimming pool is 6,10m x 3,30m, deep: from 0,65m to 1,40m.
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 20% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
