In Zubeltzu Torre, we are committed to the conservation of biodiversity and local development, to achieve this, we carry out various actions, among which are:? The names of the 2 apartments and the studio are named after 3 mountains in the area (Andutz, Izarraitz and Arno) thus achieving the revaluation of the area.? We carry out forest plantations of autochthonous species in an extension of rustic land and in the garden area of our facilities. In this way, we contribute to the regeneration of the autochthonous flora and the conservation of the landscape.? We work collaboratively to promote local development, boost sustainable tourism and strengthen the local economy.

Rural house located in Itziar, in one of the valleys of the Basque coast between the municipalities of Zumaia, Zarautz and Deba.
The house can be rented by rooms, apartments or the whole house, we have capacity for up to 16 people!
It has 5 double rooms in the main building with bathroom, hairdryer, television, Internet access and a large kitchen-dining room.
The apartments have an independent access, each of them has a double room, sofa bed, kitchen and full bathroom.
We have:

-Green area
-Small dogs are allowed outside the accommodation (please consult).

Zubeltzu torre is a farmhouse completely renovated in 2008, surrounded by mountains, meadows and trees, is located 6Kms from the sea. The farmhouse has 5 double rooms with bathroom, 2 apartments and a studio; it also has a living room, kitchen and dining room for guests, you can enjoy the products of the farmhouse.
A few kilometers away are the most beautiful beaches of Euskadi: Deba, Zumaia, Getaria and Zarautz. In Zumaia, Deba and Mutriku you can find one of the greatest geological spectacles in the world, the flisches, and there are beautiful hiking trails and a lot of activities to do. Nearby are the mountains Andutz, Izarraitz, Xoxote and the Natural Park of Pagoeta.
The activities that can be done in the vicinity are the following: paragliding, cycling, horse riding, water activities, etc... We are 20 minutes from Donostia-San Sebastian and 45 minutes from Bilbao.

Booking conditions
-The approximate time of arrival must be communicated to the owner of the establishment before 11:00 a.m. on the day of arrival.
- Unless prior notice is given, the customer must occupy the room before 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Otherwise, after that time, the room may be rented by other customers.
- The time of entry to the establishment will be from 15h, unless previously agreed (it has been considered necessary to delay the entry to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of the establishment).
- At the end of the stay, and unless previously agreed, the client must leave the establishment before 11 am on the day of departure.
-Breakfast is available from 8:30-10:30 am.
RESERVATIONS
- The request or receipt of information about the Availability status of the establishment does not imply the acceptance of the Reservation by the owner.
- When the reservation is not made directly online: within 48 hours after the acceptance of the "Pre-reservation" by the owner, the client must make a transfer to the current account provided as an advance payment, in order to formalize the reservation, indicating his name and the days of the stay. The amount to enter will be 25% of the total price of the requested services, provide the card number and expiration date or make the payment through the online payment system that we have on the website. After this period, in the case of not having received such payment, the establishment reserves the right to propose the accommodation to other potential clients. The remaining amount will be paid in cash once the client is in the establishment.
CANCELLATIONS
-The enjoyment of the accommodation and other services will last for the period agreed between the establishment and the client. Any extension or reduction of the previously agreed period will have to be consulted to the owner.
- In case of cancellation of a reservation made directly on the website of the accommodation and with the owner of the same, a series of cancellation charges will apply depending on how far in advance the reservation is cancelled. All the expenses derived from the cancellation will be charged to the client. The percentages will be applied on the amount paid in advance.

- In case of abandonment of the establishment in advance of the time agreed between the two parties, the total amount agreed for the stay will be charged.
PAYMENT
-The client is obliged to pay at the time of the presentation of the invoice the price of the services, in no case, the fact of presenting a claim will exempt him of the mentioned payment.
